Creech phone box has had a makeover 2012-08-13 20:56:23

Article submitted by Eric Chown, Web Publicity

The telephone kiosk in the centre of the village has had a much needed make over.

The kiosk has been mentioned by parishioners (Creech website AAQ, Red Phone Box, May 2012) as looking shabby in recent months and the complaints have been acted upon.

The kiosk is now resplendent with a bright new coat of pillar box red.

The regal emblems atop have been treated with a golden glow 'crowning' the whole effect.
