CREECH ST MICHAEL PARISH COUNCIL

A G E N D A for the Annual Meeting of Creech St Michael Parish Council to be held at 7.00pm

on Monday, 2nd June 2014 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

(The Public and Press are entitled to attend. There will be an opportunity for the Public to speak before the start of the meeting.)

 

1. Chairperson’s welcome.

 

2. To receive any apologies for absence.

 

3. Declarations of Individual Members.

 

4. Hyde Lane S106 monies. Debbie Arscott, TDBC Community Leisure Officer to explain the timings and

arrangements for determing the allocation of S106 monies (children’s play, outdoor recreation, community hall and

allotments) that accrue from the developments in Hyde Lane.

 

5. To receive County & District Councillors’ Reports.

 

6. Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the Annual PC Meeting held on 12th May 2014.

 

7. Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 12th May 2014.

 

8. Recreation Park. (Clerk). The Council is to undertake an exercise to identify their aspirations for the recreation park

over the next ten years as the first step to producing a plan for the Park.

 

9. Party in the park 12th July (CS,YG,KR). Update.

 

10. Individual Parish Councillors responsibilities. To agree panels (a) Planning, (b) Highways and footpaths,

(c) Publicity and Communications Including Parish magazine, (d) Recreation field/Think tank/Special event,

11. Planning. 11.1 Street names for the three Hyde Lane Developments. The Clerk to ask PCllrs to identify

names for these three new roads for a decision to be made at the July PC meeting.

Reimb of Marque deposit from Imprest) £180.00 12.2 Monies received and banked since the last meeting;

Other income received and banked; Creech Cougars (Hire of pitch March) £120.00. Parish Post 2014 Adverts; County

Cleaning £60.00 and Butterfields Home Services Ltd £100.00.

 

13. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.

 

14. New Matters to be carried forward.

 

15. Parish Council to decide to exclude Public and Press for these items. 15.1 Merlyn’s Copse (Clerk) update on

the sale. 15.2 Copse/s. (Clerk) Update on the proposal to purchase - if any. 15.3 TME Lease. (commercially

sensitive).
