on Monday, 9th May 2016 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

1.  Chair’s welcome.

 

2.  Election of Chair.

 

3.  To receive the Chair’s declaration of acceptance of office.

6.  Election of Vice-Chairperson.

     Neighbourhood Plan and representation on outside bodies (4) Village Hall, (5) United Charities, (6) Twinning

     Association.

14. Recreation Park (YG,SH,KR,CS) 14.1 Update report. 14.2 Inclusive Play Equipment/Goalposts. (CS/Clerk)

      To report on progress. 14.3 Play Surfacing Repairs. CS to update. 14.4 Carpark. To consider using road planings to

      repair. 14.5 Development.  To report progress on plans. (See separate feedback report from APM).

 

15. Party in the Park 9th July 2016 (SG, DK,CS,YG,)  To update on progressing plans for the event.

 

16. Carey Grove Park. To discuss the way forward.

 

17. Highways. 17.1 Defects to be reported. 17.2 A303/A358 Duelling. PCllrs to consider the implications for CSM

     (brief previously circulated).

 

18. Footpaths and Rights of Way. Any defects to be reported.

 

19. Transport. GL to provide an update on Bus Service.

 

20. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.

 

21. New Matters to be carried forward.
