A meeting of Creech St Michael Parish Council is to be held at 7pm on Monday 8th April 2013 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

10. Flooding. (GL, PC) Somerset Flood Summit. Feedback from PC on his attendance at the Somerset Flood Summit held on 15th March.
    

11. Annual Parish Meeting. 26th April 2013 to be held in the Village Hall (Doors Open 7pm for 7.30pm start). Clerk to update on speakers and Cllrs to consider content.

 

12. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.

 

13. Training. To learn of request to attend Councillor and Chairman Training Courses.

 

14. Highways (1 DF) North End Update on the installation of a virtual footway
(2 DF) Hyde Lane Speed Humps.  To advise of SCC consideration to installing speed humps in Hollingsworth Park, Hyde Lane SCC (3) Access to Village PC Response to TDBC and SCC re partial closure of Hyde Lane (past cottages) 4) Update of issues reported/identified (GL, KH and PC). incl pot holes in Arundells Way and Cooks Close,

 

15. Footpaths and Pavements (SH, PC) Update report, to include the overgrown hedge at Coxes Hill and Canal Path.

 

16. Merlyn’s Copse. (KR, GL) Update report on the Copse, to consider a quotation for the removal of three trees.

 

17. No Cold Calling Zone. (KR) Update on progress.

 

18. Matters to be carried forward to the next Parish Council Meeting.
