A meeting of Creech St Michael Parish Council is to be held at 7pm on Monday 6th August 2012 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

1.   Chairman Welcome.

 

2.   To receive apologies for absence.  

 

3.   Declarations of Interest.

 

4.   Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 2nd July 2012

 

5.   Allotments. (KR) Update report on the making of allotments available to the Parish.

 

6.   The Localism Act. This new legislation introduced requires the PC to adopt a new Code of Conduct and amend
its standing orders.

 

7.   Emergency Centre. To agree the PC response to the SCC Civil Contingency Teams request for support in an
Emergency.    

 

8.   Accounts.   
8.1 Clerk’s wages and expenses, invoices to be paid and income received.  
8.2 Risk Assessment of Assets.  To agree arrangements for the Risk Assessment.
