CREECH ST MICHAEL PARISH COUNCIL


A meeting of Creech St Michael Parish Council is to be held at 7pm on Monday 2nd July 2012 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

4.1  Declarations of Individual Members.
4.2 The Localism Act. To note that this new legislation is being introduced which will make the failure to declare a pecuniary interest from 1st July 2012a criminal act and to agree arrangements to produce a new code of conduct for CSM PC.
 

5.   Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 11th June.

 

6.   Matters Arising from the above Minutes.

 

7.   Recreation Field. (SH, FB, KR, YG, GH). Update on the project to install play equipment and a MUGA, the initiative to improve the site and to discuss seeking of grant funds.

 

8.   TME (CS, FB). Update on the agreement between the PC and TME.

 

9.   Highways (CS, GL. KH and PC). Update of defects reported /identified and A38 Adsborough.

 

10   Footpaths and Pavements (SH, PC) Update report.

19.  To receive County & District Councillors’ Reports.

 

20.  Electoral Review outcome for SCC.  The final recommendations are different to both the Boundary Commissions and SCC proposals. In essence the North Curry

Division is divided with Creech St Michael, Stoke St Gregory, North Curry and Durston joining with West Monkton, Monkton Heathfield and Cheddon Fitzpaine.
