A meeting of Creech St Michael Parish Council is to be held at 7pm on Monday 11th June 2012 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

5.   Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meetings held on 8th and 24th May.

 

6.   Matters Arising from the above Minutes.

 

7.   Recreation Field. (SH, FB, KR, YG, GH). Update on the installation of play equipment and a MUGA and improvement of the site.

 

8.   TME (SH, FB, KR, YG, GH). Update on the agreement between the PC and TME and the need to improve the safety of the TME fencing.

 

9.   Highways (CS, GL. KH and PC). Update of defects reported /identified and A38 Adsborough.

 

10.   Wessex Water Ham) Sewerage Works project. (GL, GH). Update.

 

11.   Footpaths and Pavements (SH, PC) Update to include considering quote for maintenance of part of right of way T10/21 and reports of horse riding on the canal towpath and the path by the pre-school.

 

12.   Public Transport - An invitation has been extended to Webber bus to respond to problems on the 15a route.
