8. Recreation Park (SW,CS,KR,YG,GH,SC). 8.1 Update report from Panel to include Improvement programme, 8.2 Opening Day 13th July Arrangements. 8.3 Adjacent Copse/s. (SW) Progress report on possible purchase. 8.4 TME. (SW) To report progress on the proposed lease. 8.5 Reinstatement of former site office. Update on PC request to reinstate verge. 8.6 Verge ownership. An update. 8.7 Donation to the Recreation Ground. 8.8 Rec Park protection. (GH/YG). Progress on (village green etc) enhancing protection.


9. Planning. (SH,PC,GH,SW) 9.1 Planning Compliance. (SH) To learn from TDBC their response to the planning working parties letter regarding recent visits. 9.2 Applications received: (1). Panel to consider the following applications.

For use of the Park Creech Cougars FC £456, Santander Bank Int 57p and for an Parish Magazine advert Jim Davey Const Services £60. 10.3 Dogbins. Consider siting a dogbin at North End and to arrangements for emptying Parish dogbins.


11. Highways to include updates on A38 Adsborough (DF), North End (DF) Access to Creech St Michael from Monkton Heathfield ( DF), and Wessex Water (Ham) Sewerage Works projects (GL/PC), installation of traffic calming in Hyde Lane and damaged Fencing at North End as well as defects reported. (CS,GL,KH and DF)


12. Footpaths and Rights of Way an update. (SH, PC)


13. Chairpersons Charity. (SC) To consider the introduction of an annual chairpersons appeal.


14. Flooding. (PC,GL) to consider whether the PC is to bid for the SCC flooding mitigation fund.


15. Website. To consider arrangements for website hosting.


16. Merlyn’s Copse (SW,KR.GL) Update on possible sale and maintenance.


17. Noticeboard at North End. The Clerk to report further deterioration.


18. Parish Post. Latest edition includes articles on the Park opening and New Chairpersons welcome.


19. Correspondence:- To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.


20. New Matters to be carried forward.
