7.2 Planning Application –Amendment. To note the decision to SUPPORT an amended application in respect of 66,

Leighton Drive CSM as the single storey extension to be built to the side has been pushed back on the plot to retain

the existing level of off street car parking.

7.3 Monkton Heathfield Urban Extension (MHUE2) Area. Update on meeting with MH PC to discuss

7.4 CSM Neighbourhood Plan. Update and to note that the draft plan is still with the Independent Examiner.


8. Party in the Park 6th July and Somerset Day Clean Up 11th May 2019 (SG,CS,YG,AB) To update on plans and

agree PIP event budget.


9. Finance

9.1 To approve payment of the Clerks and Caretakers Wages, HMRC and SCC Pension Fund payments,

the Clerks March Expense’s and other invoices received; Bibby Factors Bristol Ltd (Rec Park 3d Security 21.2.19-

17.3.19) £378.00 , Somerset West and Taunton Council (Rec Park Grass Cutting 2018) £2,788.27, CSM Village Hall

(March Mtgs).

9.2 Monies Received and banked since the last meeting; Tone Youth (Pitch Fees Feb 19)£20.00, South West

Lottery (March sales)£4.00, QSP Printers (Website Advert 2018) £50.00, Heathfield Health and Beauty (Website Advert

2018) £50.00, PIP19 - A Birch (re Fish n Chip Supper) £8.08.

9.3 To note payments made since last meeting (as authorised at the meeting). EDF (Rec Park Garage

Electricity 14.1.19-6.3.19) £9.98, British Gas (Pavilion Electricity Supply 9.2.19–8.3.19) £112.91.

(Online Payments made since the last meeting from Unity Trust Account re PIP) Skintight Samba (PIP deposit

9.6 Final Year End A/cs. To consider the final accounts for the year 2018-2019, bank reconciliation and asset

listing separately circulated.

9.7 Annual Governance Statement. PCllrs to review and confirm each responsibility has been undertaken

during the year.

9.8 Accounting Statements . PCllrs to review the Accounting Statements for the year.

10.Rec Park (SG,CS,YG).10.1 To update on any issues; including need for larger Dog Waste Bin.

10.2 Improvements. To update on projects. 10.3 To consider a permanent memorial to David Knight.

11. Highways. 11.1 Defects or Issues to be reported /considered. 11.2 M5 J25. To note report of meeting with SCC

Highways held on 12th March and the contractors consultation events held at Ruishton Village Hall on 7th and 14th

March 11.3 Road Safety. To discuss and agree how to address the increasing traffic volumes, physical features of the

Village and lack of regard for safety by some drivers. 11.4 Adsborough Bus Shelter. To discuss.

12. Footpaths/Rights of Way. 12.1 Defects/Issues and report of the Parish Footpath volunteers.


13. Garden Town. To agree PC response to the TDBC GT Vision Consultation.


14. Annual Parish Meeting (26th April 7pm for 7.30pm). To agree agenda and publicity.


15. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.


16. New Matters to be carried forward.


17. Council to decide to exclude Public and Press for these items. 17.1 Allotment site. To consider next steps.

17.2 Canal Car Park. To consider acquisition.

The Annual Parish Meeting will be held at 7pm for 7.30pm April 26th Friday in the Village Hall.
