on Monday, 2nd October 2017 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

7.2 CSM Neighbourhood Plan. To note the issue of the draft NH Plan to PCllrs for consideration at the additional PC meeting to be held on 16th October 7pm and an update on the TDBC Playing Field Strategy 7.3 Gladman Development To reflect on letter regarding building 200 houses on Land off Langaller Road.

8. Accounts: 8.1 To approve payment of the Clerks and Caretakers Wages, HMRC and SCC Pension Fund payments,

the Clerks September Expense’s and other invoices received; Bibby Factors Ltd Security (Rec Park 3d Security 27.8.17-

26.9.17), WYG (NH Plan Consultancy 19.8.17-19.9.17). Grant Thornton (Ext Audit Fees), CSM Village Hall (room

Hire April to June inc) £119.00.

8.2 Monies Received and banked since the last meeting; Wellington Bouncy Castles (PIP stall donation £90.00.

8.3 Authority to make payments as accounts received. British Gas (Gas and Electricity supply).

8.4 External Audit (of 16/17 Accounts). To receive the Audit letter from Grant Thornton (previously circulated).

8.5 Risk Assessment of Assets. To update on the Annual Risk Assessment of Assets and the future use of the laptop.

8.6 Utilities. Clerk to update on invoicing for the gas and electricity supply.

9. Party in the Park 8th July 2017 (SG,CS,DK,YG) To report on PIP17 and to consider proposals.


10. Rec Park. (SG,CS,DK,YG) 10.1 To update to incl damage to equipment, Lining and rolling and inappropriate

Behaviour having taken place. 10.2 Safety Inspection Report. Update.


11. Highways. 11.1 Defects to be reported. 11.2 A358/A303 Highways England duelling project. HE have advised

that further consultation will take place this autumn and that they are monitoring traffic at 34 sites. 11.3 Hollingsworth Park Estate speed calming to consider offer from SCC (see SCC letter circulated).


12. Footpaths/Rights Of Way. 12.1 Defects to be reported.


13. Housing Survey. To consider the Survey conducted by TDBC on behalf of the PC (report already distributed)


14. 2018 Meeting Dates. To agree dates for meetings in 2018. See proposed dates below for agreement.


15. Open Access Youth Club. The Clerk to update and to agree how to take forward (see Clerks report).


16. Telephone boxes. To consider the offer from Nathaniel and Rowan (and Mum Dee) Finch as young volunteers to

repaint the telephone box in St Michaels Road in preparation to their running a small exchange library and the box

housing the defibulator and their cleaning/looking after the box on behalf of the PC.


17. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.


18. New Matters to be carried forward.


19. Council to decide to exclude Public and Press for this item. On the grounds of prejudicial information to be

discussed.

Future Meetings;


The next scheduled PC meetings are on 6th Nov and 4th Dec at 7pm.

An additional PC meeting is to be held on 16th October 7pm to consider the draft Neighbourhood Plan

The next meeting date of the CSM Neighbourhood Plan panel is 5th October at 6.30pm

All meetings to be held in the Village Hall lower Cttee Room.
