6.  Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 5th June 2017.

9.   Accounts: 9.1 To approve payment of the Clerks and Caretakers Wages, HMRC and SCC Pension Fund payments,

      the Clerks June Expense’s and other invoices received; Bibby Factors Ltd Security (Rec Park 3d Security 27.5.17-

      26.6.17), WYG (NH Plan Consultancy 14-5-17-15.6.17), K Signs (SW) Ltd  (PIP Banner date update) £24.00, CPRE

      (Membership 19.7.2017-19.08.18) £36.00.

      9.2 Monies Received and banked since the last meeting; PIP17; RJ&J Selway (PIP Stall) £10.00,

      Albert Goodman £600, Spillers of Chard £600.00 and Larkfleet Homes  £150.00 (PIP Sponsorships).

      Other; Creech Cougars (Pitch Fees Jan-June17) £120.00.

      9.3 Cheques drawn since last meeting; To report a payment to B Gas Electricity at Pavilion 6-5-17 to 6-5-17

      (as previously agreed).

      9.4 Authority to make payments as accounts received.

      9.5 Insurance. To consider quotations received for the PC Insurance which expires on July 19th (see separate paper).

      9.6 Utilities. Clerk to update on arrangements for gas and electricity supply.

  

10. Party in the Park 8th July 2017 (SG,CS,DK,YG) To update.  

 

11. Highways. 11.1 Defects to be reported. 11.2 A303/A358 to agree (further) feedback following Highways England’s

      additional consultation events.

 

12. Footpaths/Rights Of Way. 12.1 Defects to be reported. 

 

13. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.

 

14. New Matters to be carried forward.

 

15. Council to decide to exclude Public and Press for this item. On the grounds of prejudicial information to be

      discussed.

      Future Meetings;

 

     The next scheduled PC meetings is 4th Sept at 7pm.   

     A meeting will be held on 7th August only if Planning Applications are received for comment.

     The next meeting date of the CSM Neighbourhood Plan panels is 20th July at 6.30pm

 

     All meetings to be held in the Village Hall lower Cttee Room.
