1. Welcome.

2. To receive any apologies for absence.

3. Declarations of Interests. Declarations of Individual Members.

4. Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 16th November 2017.

5. Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 16th November 2017.

6. Reg 14 Consultation on draft - Feedback Report on consultation responses from WYG and consideration of

the changes required to draft (v5) plan. Also WYG evidence for extending the green wedge.

7. The Strategic Env Assessment (SEA) and Habitat Regulation Assessment (HRA). Update

8. Ruishton PC NH Plan Panel. Report back on joint meeting held on 30th Jan.

9. Next steps. WYG to advise and to agree (incl Sect 15 consultation).

10. Development of a draft Community Action Plan – to discuss and agree approach.

9. Highways –Update on Highway Traffic volumes, on A358/A303 consultation, A358 Creech Castle Toneway junc Improvements , M5 J25 planning application and other highway matters.

10. Planning. Updates on Gladman’s Application (14/17/0033, to build 200 houses on the land off Langaller Road), on TDBC Nexus Employment site, application 48/17/0043 employment development in WM (village side of Western Relief Road) and 14/17/0020 Walford Cross (former Langdon’s site).

11. “Open Access” Youth Club. Update.
