CREECH ST MICHAEL PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of a meeting held at 7pm on Monday 22 May 2006
in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall.

1003. Chairman's Welcome: The meeting proceeded at 7pm when the Chairman welcomed
those present, apologising for the necessity to call this meeting which had been caused by
current chaos at TDBC's planning dept.

1004. Apologies: Apologies were received from Cllrs Farrow, Bishop, Cooper and Durdan,

councillors to alter the date of the April Minutes at the top of page 117 from March to April. She
also asked them to insert "G Copp" after "to" and before "who" on page 121 just below half-way
down the page. It was proposed, seconded and agreed by a vote of 4 with 2 abstentions that
Minutes 971-986 be adopted as correct. It was proposed, seconded and agreed by a vote of 5
with 1 abstention that Minutes 987-1002 be adopted as correct.
