budget.

held with West Monkton PC on 1st May and to consider actions agreed. 13.2 Planning. (GH,SH,PC) To advise on any

to Creech St Michael from Monkton Heathfield (DF) on installation of lighting and speed calming in Hyde Lane
(GH,Clerk),Updates. 15.4 Road Closure-North End Langaller. Update on SCC proposals to close for 20 weeks
from 12th May (DF). 15.5 North End Damaged to Fencing. (Clerk) Update report. 15.6 Defects reported.

17. Ham STW (Clerk) To report the further response from Tarmac to the PC letters encouraging them (and WW) to
make progress as promised on the new access road.
