on Monday, 6th July 2015 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

9.   Parish Council Planning. 9.1 Parish Council Priorities.  Individual PCllrs to make suggestions/share aims for

      the future. 9.2 Urban development Neighbourhood Plan. The Clerk to update


10. Party in the Park 11th July 2015 (CS, YG, DK).  To update on the village day.


11. Recreation Park (YG,SH,KR,CS) 11.1 Update report 11.2 Annual independent safety Insp (KR) to report on

      the inspection. 13.3 Development To determine next steps. 13.4 Hedge Planting.


12. Accounts: 14.1 To approve payment of the Clerks and Caretakers Wages, HMRC (Tax Due on Salaries),

       the Clerks June Expense’s £72.66, Bibby Financial Services (Factors for 3d Security at Rec Park 1-6-15 to 28-6-15)

       £216.00 , B Howe (Internal Audit Fees) £233.40, Play Inspection Co (Annual Safety Inspection) £150.00, Nigel’s

       Window Cleaning (Bus Shelters Cleaning 18 6 15) £45.00 14.2 Monies Received and banked since the last                              

       meeting;  Nigel’s Window Cleaning £50.00, Way Ahead Comm Services £50.00 (both Website advertising).                     


13. Highways. (DF, GL,GH) 13.1 38 Adsborough. 13. 2 North End Virtual Footway project update  13.3 Crossing

      outside School update 13.4. Hyde Lane. Impact of Development sites, condition of road, damaged manhole and

      verges and provision of footway Update.13.5 20mph zone.  To consider any SCC response to designate the entire

      village as a 20 mph zone.13.6 Reduce speed limit from 60mph to 40mph on the approach road from the

      new roundabout fron Langaller - which would then be further reduced (see previous request item 13.5) to 20

      mph on entering the village. 13.7 Extend 30mph from motorway bridge out to Hyde lane cottages (no

      reply from traffic man) 13.8 Access from WMonkton relief road 13.9 Defects. To be reported (GH, GL).


14. Footpaths and Rights of Way (GL). 14.1. Rights of Way T10/23 and T10/26 Hyde Lane update on closure.

      14.2 Defects to be reported


15. Transport. (GL). To update the PC on the Bus service in CSM.


16. Carey Road Park. The Clerk to update


16. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.

     Future Meetings;


     An additional meeting will take place on Weds 8th July at 7pm in the Lower Cttee room of the Village Hall to

     determine the future of Merlyn’s Copse and provide another opportunity for the PC to discuss Rec Park development.


     The next scheduled meetings of the Parish Council are to be held on Monday 3rd August and 7th Sept in the Lower

     Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael, commencing at 7pm.
