A G E N D A for an additional Meeting of Creech St Michael Parish Council to be held at 7.00pm

on Monday, 12th February 2018 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

(The Public and Press are entitled to attend the decision making part of the meeting. There will be an opportunity for the Public to speak before the meeting. The presentation will be closed to public and press however for item 4 at the request of HE Ltd).



1. Chair’s welcome.


2. To receive any apologies for absence.


3. Declarations of Interests. Declarations of Individual Members.


4. A358/A303 Duelling. Drew Aspinwall, Account Director, Newgate Communications and Mott MacDonald

(Engineering Consultants) on behalf of Highways England Ltd to brief Parish Council members only. This is an

opportunity for members of the PC to gain a stronger understanding about the proposals being consulted upon

from the project team.


5. PC to consider and agree its response to HE consultation.


6. Finance – To approve payment to B Gas (Electricity 7th Jan-7th Feb 2018 £46.42 and Area52 (PIP18 band Deposit) £100.

Future Meetings;



The next scheduled PC meetings are on 5th March and 9th April at 7pm.

The next CSM Neighbourhood Plan meeting is to take place on 20th February 7pm.

All meetings to be held in the Village Hall Lower Cttee Room.
