A G E N D A for an additional meeting of Creech St Michael Parish Council

to be held virtually using Zoom [Join Zoom Meeting https://zoom.us/j/95278624732 ]

at 7.00pm on Thursday, 25th June 2020

This additional meeting of CSM PC is being held in order to consider the discuss a planned reopening of the Rec Park.

(The Public and Press are welcome to observe the meeting. Please see notes at the bottom of this agenda).

1. Chair’s welcome.

2. To receive any apologies for absence.

3. Declarations of Interests. 3.1 Declarations of Individual Members.

4. To consider the reopening the Rec Park (or part of) and to take decisions to achieve

that (if agreed) within the context of the Governments current requirement not to open play

equipment for use.

The next CSM PC mtg is on 6th July 2020 at 7pm. A planning meeting will be held on Aug 3rd 7pm (if required).

IF permitted these will be held in Cttee Room, CSM Village Hall otherwise they will be held virtually using Zoom.

Data collected during the recording will be retained in accordance with the Council’s policy. Therefore, unless you are advised otherwise, by joining the Council Mtg and/or speaking you are consenting to being recorded and to the possible use of the sound recording for access via the website or for training purposes. Members of the public are welcome to join the virtual meeting and listen to the discussions but will be muted to reduce background noise. There is time set aside at 7pm for questions. If as a member of the public you would like a question on this subject to be put to the PC please submit in writing ahead of the 24th to the Clerk via clerk@creechstmichael.net . The question will be read by the Clerk and if the Council replies it can then be heard.

In the event that the number of questions exceeds the 15 mins time allocated a reply will be sent to unanswered questions following the meeting.

If the same or similar question is submitted by a number of people a representative question will be asked.

The PC may decide to ask any or all members of the press or public present to leave the virtual meeting.
