3.Interim Audit – to consider an interim audit to check the PC’s documents and working practices. [R]

4.PC payment card – to agree that the Clerk can apply for a new payment card in name of the Clerk, rather than the Chair (see minute 2021/184.4.4) with limits, safety measures and audit checks as agreed by the PC and monitored by the Finance Committee,. [R]

Worthy Lane - Clls to consider a budget request from Worthy Lane residents for signage on Worthy Lane to warn vehicles to slow down in the area. [R]

Somerset Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP)
1.To agree to write to the local MP (Rebecca Pow) and County Councillor (Cllr Fothergill) asking for support (draft letters circulated) [R]

2.To agree to request BSIP support Demand Responsive Transport (Buses With No Timetables) [R]

Rec Park

1.to receive an update from the Rec Park Panel on any repairs needed to the play equipment, listed in the annual inspection – SH/YG

2.to agree a budget to either buy equipment for the maintenance of the park. (leaf blower and strimmer) and any training required to use the equipment. Or to agree next steps to contract the work.  [R]

3. to agree the purchase of additional locks by the Rec Park Panel – already agreed minute 152.2 (PC 22.7.21) [R]

Monday 6 December at 7pm in the CSM Village Chown Hall

*Public Notes

As the Parish Council still recognises the risks of transmitting Covid, the meeting whilst open to the public may have to be limited depending on demand if a large number wish to attend. Alternatively, an issue can be raised at the PC by emailing the Clerk before Thursday 30 September, 5pm and the Clerk will then put the question to the Parish Council at the meeting and feedback any response. A further option is to appoint a representative where a number of residents wish to raise the same point.
