1. Welcome.

2. To receive any apologies for absence.

3. Declarations of Interests. Declarations of Individual Members.

4. Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 5th October 2017.

5. Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 5th October 2017.

6. Draft NH Plan V5. Feedback from PC Meetings and meeting with TDBC (AR).

7. Reg 14 Consultation and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA). WYG to advise and to agree the

next steps of the NH Plan process.

8. TDBC Pitch Strategy. The Clerk to feedback upon.

9. Highways – CC to discuss Link to WM Western Relief Road, PB to Highway Traffic volumes and the Clerk to update eon A358/A303 consultation, M5 J25 planning application and other highway matters.

10. Planning. Gladman’s Application (14/17/0033, to build 200 houses on the land off Langaller Road), updates on TDBC Nexus Employment site, application 48/17/0043 employment development in WM (village side of Western Relief Road) and 14/17/0020 Walford Cross (former Langdon’s site)

11. Footpaths. FA’C to report on Footpath T 10/23 and Clerk to report on Hyde Lane footpath.

12. “Open Access” Youth Club. Update on meeting with Som Rural Youth Project.
