Neighbourhood Plan Planning Panel

 to be held at 6.30pm on Thursday 20th July 2017

in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

(The Public and Press are entitled to attend.  There will be an opportunity for the Public to speak before the meeting).





1.  Welcome.


2.  To receive any apologies for absence.


3.  Declarations of Interests. Declarations of Individual Members.


4. Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 15th June 2017.


5. Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 15th June 2017.


6. Draft Plan Review.  With the second alliteration of the plan already circulated Panel members (and PCllrs) have been asked to review the documentation and framework and to provide feedback.


7. Protecting our Villages from further Developments. To discuss and agree how we can best protect our existing communities from further speculative development (KR)


8. Meadows. To consider whether we wish to promote the creation of meadows within the NH Plan (CC).


9. Taunton; the SW Garden Town. Report back from the Clerk on TDBC exhibition and consultation (please see previously circulated report).


10.Persimmon exhibition at the BACH Hall. Panel members to feedback on, share views and reflect upon.


11. Highways - Clerk to report on Hyde Lane footpath, A358/A303 consultation, M5 J25 planning application and

other highway matters.


12. Planning App No 14/17/0020 To note the proposed Erection of 11 no light industrial units (in 2 No building) for Class B1/B8 usage on land at Walford Cross Depot.
