4. Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 19th August 2019.

5. Matters arising from the Minutes of the meeting held on 19th August 2019.

6. Accounts (2019/2020). Review of budget following the 2st Qtr end. Reconciliation and report previously

circulated. RFO to report on cashflow Rec Park Improvement work. Cllrs to consider affordability, timing, costing and priorities regarding in year emerging priorities.

7. Budget (2020/2021 +2 years). Early consideration of early emerging budget, consideration of initial budget Gap for both the next financial year but also in outline, two further years. Consider need for virements.

8. Banking. Update/Review arrangements.

9. Fin Regs. Following the adoption of new Fin Regs to consider RFO report on new requirements and some

specifics. Extract of new requirements contained in Draft Fin Regs enclosed for review.

10. Purchase of Canal Carpark. Following Full PC decision to purchase to consider legal docs prior to purchase.

11. Annual risk Assets of Assets. Progress report.

12. Insurance Claim. Progress report.

13. To consider grant requests.

14. Annual CIL Return.
