Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 12 July 2021 [R]

Clerk’s contract – to complete outstanding paperwork

1. CSM Staffing Committee to sign contract

2. CSM Staffing Committee to confirm in writing end of probation period (3 months)


To agree to pay the Clerk double time for any hours over the contracted 80hrs per month. [R]


To discuss employing an assistant Clerk to cover the additional hours that the Clerk’s role requires. [R]


Clerk’s time – how to manage Councillor’s expectations, reasonable office hours, workload and time for CILCA training (contract requirement). [R]


To confirm a date for the Clerk’s review (September 2021 min 193.2)

To consider and agree the recommendations for the Caretaker’s role regarding risk and training (Clerk’s report)


To agree a pay rise for the Caretaker [R]

To confirm what actions are needed to ensure CSM PC has all staff related policies in place.


To consider any Staffing Committee updates [R]
