To agree to pay the Clerk double time for any hours over the contracted 80hrs per month. [R]

To discuss employing an assistant Clerk to cover the additional hours that the Clerk’s role requires. [R]

Clerk’s time – how to manage Councillor’s expectations, reasonable office hours, workload and time for CILCA training (contract requirement). [R]

To confirm a date for the Clerk’s review (September 2021 min 193.2) |

To consider and agree the recommendations for the Caretaker’s role regarding risk and training (Clerk’s report)
