on Monday, 9th May 2016 in the Lower Committee Room of the Village Hall, Creech St Michael.

3. To receive the Chair’s declaration of acceptance of office.

6. Election of Vice-Chairperson.
7. Individual Parish Councillors responsibilities. To agree working parties for (1) PIP (2) Planning (3)
Neighbourhood Plan and representation on outside bodies (4) Village Hall, (5) United Charities, (6) Twinning
Association.
8. To receive County and District Councillors’ Reports.
9. Minutes – to approve the Minutes of the meeting held on 11th April 2016.

17. Highways. 17.1 Defects to be reported. 17.2 A303/A358 Duelling. PCllrs to consider the implications for CSM
(brief previously circulated).
18. Footpaths and Rights of Way. Any defects to be reported.
19. Transport. GL to provide an update on Bus Service.
20. Correspondence. To consider any correspondence received that Cllrs wish to raise.
